Who Are We?

LUXSA SPA is operated by SARL THAI LAND, with its registered office located at 127 Promenade Roger LAROQUE, 98800 Nouméa, New Caledonia, under RIDET number 1 538 347.001

LUXSA SPA has appointed a data protection officer, whom you can contact by sending an email to contact@tradition-thailand.nc or by writing to the postal address mentioned above.

What Information Does LUXSA SPA Process?

LUXSA SPA is an E-Commerce website offering users the ability to purchase various products online. By registering on LUXSA SPA, you enter into a legal agreement with us and we process your data in order to provide you with the service according to the terms of this agreement.

To join the LUXSA SPA network, you will need to complete our online registration form, where we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, date of birth, or contact details. You also have the option to provide additional details about yourself, but these are optional. As you control your user profile, this information is available to you at any time by accessing your profile page, which allows you to correct or update your information at any time.

For safety and security reasons, and to ensure the best possible user experience, we ask our users to verify their accounts to make sure they are not bots. For this purpose, we may ask for your phone number. We also seek to prevent the creation of fake LUXSA SPA accounts, which may be used for fraudulent or criminal purposes: these are threats to the LUXSA SPA community. We use a third party to verify accounts. This third party will retain your phone number for 90 days to investigate potential fraud across a range of online platforms and services, such as LUXSA SPA. We collect and use your phone number on the basis of our legitimate interests identified above and to combat fraud.

If you decide to place an order on the website, we will process your payment information and keep this information secure to combat fraud and for audit/tax purposes. Under data protection law, we need to collect and process this payment data to enable us to perform our contract with you, and our continued retention of this data is justified by our legitimate interests stated above.

To enable LUXSA SPA to provide a quality service, we process certain limited data (demographic and location data) to generate targeted advertising in our legitimate interest, including sharing this data with advertising networks. You can disable this in the settings: you will still see advertisements, but they will be less relevant to you. Through your device’s security settings, you also have the option to prevent or limit the sharing of your device identifiers with third-party advertisers, as well as the use of device identifiers. If you would like more information about this practice and whether you have opted out of using this information, please contact us.

Finally, we want to stay in touch with you to let you know about the promotions and offers we have available. If you have given us your consent, we will use your email address and phone number to send you information about these. You can change your mind at any time via the application or website settings.

How Long Will LUXSA SPA Keep My Data?

If you have not logged into your account for a period of 30 months, your profile and all your photos will be deleted. When you request that your account be deleted via the website, it becomes immediately unavailable and is completely deleted within 30 days.

Correspondence with our customer support team will be kept longer to allow us to respond to any further questions you may have, but will generally be deleted within 6 years if there are no inquiries.

Anonymous information regarding activity on LUXSA SPA is kept longer for statistical and product research purposes, but it is not attributable to any particular individual if that person’s profile has been deleted.

Information such as payment information, IP addresses, mobile numbers, and email addresses is retained to combat fraud and spam, for as long as it is relevant. This is generally determined by the expiration of the payment method.

What Information Does LUXSA SPA Collect If I Am Under 18?

LUXSA SPA does not knowingly collect any personal information relating to children or minors, and we do not seek to sell products to them. If we learn that a child, minor, or person under 18 years of age has registered on our site and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove their information and LUXSA SPA profile. If we delete a profile that violates our child protection rules, we may retain the email and IP address of such user to prevent them from circumventing our rules and creating a new profile.

With Whom Does LUXSA SPA Share Its Information?

We may share aggregated information that includes your personal data (but which does not directly identify you), as well as other information (such as log data) with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling regarding other products and services.

We Share Your Data with the Following Categories of Third Parties:

In the event that LUXSA SPA or any of its affiliates undergoes a transition or change of ownership, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization, or the sale of all or part of its assets, or in the event of insolvency or administration, we may be required to disclose your personal data.

How Does LUXSA SPA Protect My Personal Data?

LUXSA SPA has implemented appropriate security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control, including your personal data. Our technical experts work hard to ensure your secure use of our site.

Although we take reasonable precautions against security breaches of our website, our databases, and our records, no website or internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breach will never occur. We encourage you to take steps to protect your personal data (including your password) and to log out of your account after use. Where Is My Personal Data Stored?

We operate a network of servers, located in Sydney, Australia, and managed by AWS. Data collected by advertising partners may also be stored outside the European Economic Area. We ensure that data is adequately protected by ensuring that valid legal mechanisms are in place, such as EU-approved model clauses (which can be viewed here), US Privacy Shield certification (available here), and the implementation of strong contractual standards. If you would like more information about the nature of the safeguards we have in place, please send an email to contact@tradition-thailand.nc.
