What Information Does LUXSA SPA Process?
LUXSA SPA is an E-Commerce website offering users the ability to purchase various products online. By registering on LUXSA SPA, you enter into a legal agreement with us and we process your data in order to provide you with the service according to the terms of this agreement.

How Long Will LUXSA SPA Keep My Data?
If you have not logged into your account for a period of 30 months, your profile and all your photos will be deleted. When you request that your account be deleted via the website, it becomes immediately unavailable and is completely deleted within 30 days.
Correspondence with our customer support team will be kept longer to allow us to respond to any further questions you may have, but will generally be deleted within 6 years if there are no inquiries.
Anonymous information regarding activity on LUXSA SPA is kept longer for statistical and product research purposes, but it is not attributable to any particular individual if that person’s profile has been deleted.
